LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Ongoing HiringProvide clinical supervision under RN direction, assist with supervisory visits, support care plan implementation, and provide clinical guidance to caregivers in the field.
RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)
Ongoing HiringConduct initial client assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide clinical oversight and supervision of personal care aides, conduct supervisory visits every 60 days, coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers, and provide clinical consultation to caregivers and Pod Team Leads.
