Together, Gloria and Bignon combine healthcare experience, operational discipline, and a shared passion for serving people with warmth and excellence. Beyond healthcare, they also bring that same joy-centered approach to their event planning and photography work, where their mission is to create meaningful experiences and bring happiness to families.
Gloria Aflya, RN, BSN
Gloria personally conducts the initial assessment for every new client, before a caregiver is assigned — Serenity is nurse-led and owner-operated, and the plan for your loved one is built by the RN who runs the company. She brings over 15 years of healthcare experience, with a strong background in direct patient care across nursing homes, hospitals, ICU, medical-surgical, oncology, renal, and other clinical settings. As a Registered Nurse, she has seen firsthand the importance of compassionate, dependable care delivered with dignity. Her vision for Serenity Care Partners is rooted in professionalism, kindness, and a deep commitment to helping individuals feel safe, respected, and supported at home.
Bignon
Bignon brings extensive leadership experience in finance, operations, strategy, and business management, developed through his work with one of the world's largest Fortune 100 companies, locally headquartered in Greater Cincinnati. His background includes managing complex operations, financial planning, performance improvement, and sustainable growth. At Serenity Care Partners, he helps ensure the organization is built with strong systems, accountability, and a long-term commitment to quality care.
